We are looking for two, experienced, kind, nurturing, educated ROTA nannies for a family that’s new to LA from Boston. The family has two girls, 1.5 & 4.5. The schedule will be 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and include travel to New York, Boston & London in the summers. This family highly values education and prefers a background with a bachelor’s degree or masters degree in early childhood or teaching. A typical schedule will be 24/7 during your on shift and include preschool drop off and pickup for the older child and full charge care of the younger child to include age appropriate activities and educational outings and adventures. There will be times when both parents may travel for up to 3 days at a time where you would be solo with both girls. The family provides a vehicle for use on the job. They are only open to LOCAL or drive in candidates at this time (NO FLY IN/FLY OUT). They are hoping to have an established team set up by November 15th when their New York nanny will depart back to NY. This family does require a uniform (black pants/white shirt) that will be provided upon hire. They are ideally seeking candidates with a great history of longevity and they see this role lasting for 3-5 years. Salary depends on experience and education level, $155,000-$200,000/year per ROTA position. Benefits include a full healthcare plan covered at 100% as well as 6 paid sick days each year. While living in, accommodations include a private bedroom and private bathroom with access to the full kitchen.
