Domestic Bliss Agency was founded in 2019 by Ashley Brown, after more than a decade spent working inside private homes and supporting high-level households firsthand. Ashley’s career began in hands-on domestic service and grew into estate management and executive-level support, offering a rare, full-spectrum understanding of how homes and private offices truly operate.
That lived experience shaped the agency. It informs how roles are defined, how candidates are evaluated, and why fit matters more than resumes alone. Because when you invite someone into your home or business, the relationship has to work on a human level as much as a professional one.
