Looking for a polished, seasoned, very hands on houseman in Beverly Hills for a large estate. Please have experience working with luxury estates and knowing the in’s and out’s of the home and how it functions. This family is looking for someone who understands an older home and can put systems in place to ensure the smooth running of all:
HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Pool/Spa, Outdoor landscaping, Roofing, Tile, Interior & Exterior functions
Must be able to work as part of a team and be available and on call for emergencies.
