Full-time Estate Housekeeper for UHNW Family

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | Approximately 10:30 AM–8:30 PM
Compensation: $45-$50/hour DOE + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Estate Housekeeper to join a warm, welcoming, and fully staffed UHNW household in Brentwood. The household includes two school-aged children, a beloved Cavapoo, a private chef, and a dedicated household staff. The ideal candidate is polished, service-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives working as part of a collaborative estate team.
Responsibilities
Perform meticulous housekeeping throughout a beautifully maintained 14,000 sq. ft. main residence and 2,000 sq. ft. guest house.
Daily cleaning, organization, laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, and household upkeep.
Work alongside the private chef during dinner service approximately five evenings per week.
Set formal and informal tables, greet guests, serve meals and beverages, and assist with post-dinner cleanup.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness throughout food preparation and service.
Assist with poolside hospitality, including beverage service, towels, and outdoor entertaining.
Monitor household supplies and guest amenities.
Prepare guest accommodations and assist with seasonal deep-cleaning projects.
Coordinate seamlessly with fellow housekeepers and other household staff.
Support occasional household events and entertainment.

Qualifications
Previous experience working in a UHNW residence or large estate.
Strong formal service and entertaining experience.
Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a large multi-level home with stairs.
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
Discreet, trustworthy, and accustomed to maintaining complete confidentiality.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
