We are looking for a tech savvy, personable, professional and proactive personal assistant for a HNW family home in Cap. Hill, Seattle. Please have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a true personal assistant. This role is for a very busy family who owns several companies and they need someone to step in and handle all things personal to help their lives run more smoothly. They have a full time nanny & a part time housekeeper and this will be a new role. Responsibilities will include: taking the dogs and cat to the vet, scheduling for family appointments, running errands, ordering & returns, grocery shopping as requested, meal ordering, booking travel and coordinating with a travel agent, potentially traveling to set up a family home in Wyoming, other duties to agree upon as requested. This household is looking for a long term match and is loyal to their staff. Pay is $72,000-$85,000/year. No benefits at this time. Please have excellent references from previous employers.
