Our client, a lovely, down to earth actress is looking for a personal assistant to help manage her growing career and personal life. She has two children in middle school and a part time nanny but needs help organizing all things house, kids, personal and business in terms of schedules. Her partner is a writer who works from home full time. She travels often for projects (TV & Film) and would like someone who can occasionally travel with her for up to 1 week at a time. When in LA you will work from her home as well as remotely. You will also run errands, contact a vendor for their home as needed, stock the fridge and coordinate gift buying/wrapping. This is a salaried role and most weeks will be around 30-40 hours. When traveling, there will be a bit more hours but not exhaustive. This is a great opportunity for someone transitioning from a family assistant role who is looking for something long term with a really great actress in the height of her career. Pay is DOE, range is $35/hour + a benefit stipend after 90 days of employment.
