Personal Assistant and House Manager needed in the greater Seattle area (Anacortes) (FILLED)

A kind, down to earth tech CEO is looking for a PA/HM to help keep the lives of he and his girlfriend organized and in order. This is a full time, career position and will have room for growth over the years. The perfect candidate has a background in assisting and home management and a true ‘no task too big or too small’ attitude. This is not a fully staffed residence so you will be doing things yourself such as receiving packages, hiring a cleaning team and changing a light bulb if needed. Main responsibilities include but aren’t limited too:

Errands/Grocery shopping

Managing a personal calendar

Appointment booking/confirming

Booking travel and getting to know travel preferences for ease of communication

Home organizing

Hiring and managing vendors for multiple homes

Helping to maintain and organize a tech workshop** Huge bonus if this is a subject area that you’re interested in and may have an interest in learning from

Any and all other tasks as they arise

This client will provide accommodations for a 6 week trial period (private & separate) and would expect candidates to move to the local area after this. A commute within 45 minutes of Anacortes is preferred—this is not a 24/7 role but it does require someone being in person 4-5 days per week.
