Looking for a part-time assistant for a busy writer in LA. This is a great opportunity for someone just graduating or someone pursuing a degree.
Responsibilities will include:
Multiple-Calendar Management
Meeting set up, sending out agendas, and follow up notes
General task management
Material review and synthesizing & dictation
Social media strategy support and implementation
File organization and updating
Outreach to clients/business partners & correspondence w vendors
Sometimes be "on-call" for rare professional or family-based immediate needs
Travel planning
Website upkeep
Occasional home/office organization & pet sitting
Ideally, this person will be proactive, pet friendly and ready to jump in on both executive assistant and personal assistant tasks. This is mostly an in person role where you will work out of a home office alongside the client. This role would be a great fit for someone with another part time role or someone wanting around 25 hours per week who may be looking to grow down the road.
