We are looking for an organized, proactive, down to earth Family Assistant/House Manager for a lovely client in Madison Park. The perfect person will have seasoned experience doing this role for private families. The job entails the following:
Tidying/organizing the home, all family laundry (washing, drying and putting away), cooking (meal prep), dishes (kitchen cleaning), storage/organization, maintaining storage organization around the home, lightbulbs (replace, order), organize lightbulb area, take out the trash as needed, groceries (order or pickup), managing inventory and Amazon orders, hiring vendors, holiday decor assistance with putting up and packing up at the end of the season. Occasionally (2 times a year or so) assistance with organizing a special event. Taking a dog to the groomer every now and again and if you’re interested there are opportunities to dog sit (but NOT a must). Looking for someone to tackle the day to day chores and keep this busy household running smoothly.
The family can offer 15-25 hours a week guaranteed, depending on what the candidate is looking for. This role is looking to hire right away but no later than January. Pay, DOE + PTO.
