Looking for an experienced Houseman|Groundsman to work as part of a team in LA. This role is for an extremely distinguished individual who is very particular about upkeep. As Houseman, the role involves exterior/interior maintenance and vendor management. The ideal candidates will have around 3+ of experience, take initiative when needed and work as a basic handyman at times.
Hours:
Monday – Friday
7:30am – 4:00pm
Typical Responsibilities:
• Keeping exterior of the home clean
• Basic yard work and landscaping upkeep
• Clean all balconies
• Lighting/Electrical
• Trash Management
• Handyman duties and home system maintenance
Compensation DOE: $25-$35/HR
