Looking for a lovely, down to earth, full charge HM for a high end home in Santa Monica. The couple also has a home in Malibu that they rent, so occasionally you will be needed there as well. They want someone who knows the ins and outs of a high end home, can create a new house manual for both homes, and is well connected with vendors and luxury contacts in the LA area. Travel to other homes may be needed down the line. Please have a minimum of 5 years experience as an actual HM to apply. Salary is up to $150,000, possible benefits.
