We are looking for a full charge household manager for a kind client in Maple Valley, WA. Schedule is M-F from 7:30-3:30 or 8-4 with very little need for overtime work or weekends. This is a private client looking for someone experienced, communicative and who can work autonomously. There is a dog and cat in the home so please be animal friendly. There are children in the home as well, but no childcare responsibilities.
The perfect person will be able to manage the following responsibilities:
Schedule and manage vendors
Coordinate routine repairs
Keep the home tidy and organized (to include kitchen cleanup and tidying, picking up from the kids and clients morning rush, organizing pantry and closets as needed)
Receive and send out laundry for laundry service
Run errands
Handle Admin tasks such as scheduling, emails, etc. for the household and client of a personal/household nature
Give access to the home for any household projects
Handle grocery shopping when needed
Assist with light meal prep (basic cooking skills are required)
Pay DOE + benefits package. Please be local to the Seattle or Maple Valley area or be in Washington state and able to relocate at your own expense.
