We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Household Services to assist a wonderful family with the daily operations of their private estate in Beverly Hills. The role will encompass overseeing service, occasional housekeeping and assisting the house manager with daily/weekly AV and equipment checks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and hospitality to the principals and their guests and be adept at carrying out tasks calmly, efficiently, effectively, and with initiative. There are no children that reside at the estate and there is one small dog. The principals are lovely, and the team at the residence has incredible longevity. This is a live-out position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
All aspects of service including formal and informal f&b service and guest reception, ensuring the highest level of service and hospitality is provided to the principals and their guests.
Maintenance of silverware, glassware, tableware, china, and linens.
Assist with housekeeping.
Daily/weekly AV system and equipment checks.
Collaborate with House Manager and work closely with household staff, including chefs, housekeepers, gardeners, and other support staff.
Manage and maintain the household inventory, including ordering and stocking of supplies and equipment.
Coordinate and oversee the setup and execution of events and parties hosted on the estate.
Ensure that all areas of the estate are kept clean, tidy, and in good working order at all times, working with maintenance staff to ensure that repairs are carried out promptly.
Foster a positive working environment and maintain open lines of communication with staff and the principals to ensure that their needs are met and that the estate is functioning smoothly.
Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and take appropriate action to resolve them.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be Los Angeles based or ability to commute to Los Angeles regularly.
Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role for high-profile clients and proven longevity.
Experience in high-end service. Wine knowledge and cocktail skills are a plus.
Excellent eye for detail, knowledge of housekeeping and laundry.
Tech savvy, basic knowledge of AV equipment, Apple TV and Crestron systems.
Ability to work independently and under instruction of the house manager.

Professional, discreet and well presented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people, including high-profile individuals and their guests.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
Certifications in butler service, wine service, or other hospitality-related fields are preferred, but not required.
Salary is DOE + a full benefits package.
