We are looking for a top notch Personal Assistant for a couple in the flats of Beverly Hills. This role will be in person, 5 days a week for the first 4-6 months and then there will be times (1-2 days a week) where you can work remotely/be running errands for the couple. Please be dog & child friendly though there are no childcare or pet care responsibilities there are children and animals in the home. This home has a small staff of 2 housekeepers who have been there long term and are like family. This role involves some household management but is primarily a personal assistant role. The family needs someone emotionally intelligent, someone who can easily organize them and their household and who can be proactive with tasks. Hours in the home will be M-F from roughly 10-4 or 10-5. This is NOT a 24/7 role but there may be an occasional need to answer a text or email after hours. This family values loyalty and longevity and a no task too big or too small attitude. Please be LOCAL to Los Angeles and have a minimum of 2 years of experience as full time personal assistant. Pay DOE, $80,000-$92,000/year range plus a generous benefit stipend after 90 days, PTO, Paid holidays/etc. The family gives generous yearly raises and bonuses but this will be the starting payscale.
