We are looking for an organized, proactive, hardworking facilities manager for a lovely private client on Lake Washington (Madison Park area). This household is looking for their next long term match as their current employee is retiring. There will be hands-on maintenance in this position as well as coordination and oversight of vendors (vendor list already in place). Please be dog friendly as you will be providing some care for a very sweet dog (walks, grooming appointments, occasional overnight care when clients are away). The perfect person will have experience working in a similar capacity, be proactive and be looking for a long term, career commitment. You will be caring for a concrete, new build that’s 6,000 square feet and working alongside a wonderful team of an executive housekeeper and a chef.
Job responsibilities will include the following:
Overseeing the residence and providing regular walkthroughs for maintenance
Maintaining the vehicles to include a small boat
Overseeing and maintaining wine storage
Spot cleaning windows
Outdoor pressure washing
Spa Maintenance
Taking the trash containers in and out weekly
Dog care to include walks
Exterior cleaning
Expense reports and timecard organization for staff
Scheduling regular maintenance for:
HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Spa, Security, Landscaping, Cars, Boat & Windows
House Sitting as needed when the clients are traveling
Occasional errand running
This role is for someone with a no task too big or too small mindset. Schedule is M-F, 9-5 with the need for flexibility for urgent matters/emergencies. Please have excellent references. Pay, DOE + benefits & PTO.
