We are searching for an experienced, hands on, communicative EM with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This is a very busy family with a fully staffed residence looking for someone to jump in and hit the ground running. Please be able to manage a large scale home and it’s key players and truly enjoy what you do. The family travels frequently and prefers projects and vendors to take place in their absence. This role requires someone who has a 24/7 mentality for urgent house matters but the clients themselves are kind and considerate of your time. There are a lot of animals on the property, including horses so please be animal friendly/eager. Schedule is roughly M-F from 9-6:30pm, no weekends. MUST live within 35 minutes of the Palisades. Salary is DOE, $150,000 range plus a nice benefits package.
