This family is open to hiring one or two people for an all encompassing role of EA/PA/HM at their large scale home in Malibu (POINT DUME). There will also be travel to their home in Ojai occasionally and overtime/travel costs will be provided.
This couple is very busy with creative ventures and wellness activities including retreats hosted at their Ojai home. They need someone who can jump in and hit the ground running to assist with their busy schedules. There is already an EA in place for the Mr. of the home and this role would primarily be to assist the Mrs. and coordinate schedules for the household. The home has a full time nanny & full time housekeepers and this hire will manage their schedules and their payroll. Please be experienced with hiring, training and retaining staff. They need someone who is calm under pressure and who can adapt to an ever changing schedule. The family travels frequently to other homes outside of the US and you may have to answer calls from them when they are in another timezone. This role is not 24/7 but there is a need to answer calls and emails with a 24/7 mindset. Please be someone who has longevity in all roles and can provide excellent references. Pay is OPEN, DOE. No benefits package but will consider a benefit stipend each month. Looking to hire by October.
