We are helping a lovely musician find her 2nd assistant for a dynamic role based in Franklin, TN. Please note there’s a 2nd residence in NYC where you will travel to a few times each year. This role is ideal for someone eager and on the younger side as it involves a lot of travel and high energy/long hours. The artist is currently on tour and has a touring assistant/1st assistant but in the future you may also travel or trade off with the current assistant. The ideal candidate for this role is local to Nashville/Franklin and has a minimum of 2 years of experience as a PA or production assistant in the entertainment industry. There is no relocation provided for this role so please do not apply unless you’re local to TN. Hours vary for this position but it’s safe to say you will need a 24/7 mentality and the ability to work in different timezones. Some animal care is required from time to time as well as house sitting. Pay, DOE, with the base being $32-$38/hour + overtime. The weekly hours expectation is around 50-60 hours per week so there is plenty of overtime pay involved.
